If we have approximately 42 more students/families contribute $12 dollars toward our field trip, we have a green light for getting DIAMOND DEL at Palmer. The field trip is designed for students to collect and study (by panning in a water flume) rocks and minerals we have discussed during our Rocks and Minerals Unit. Whatever the student finds while panning is theirs to keep. They will leave with a big bag full of specimens. If you haven't contributed already and would be willing to help, please do so.
