Haven't you just loved learning about the culture of the people from another continent and seeing the landforms of  the beautiful country  so far away from where we live.  Here is a short video that is just audio that you haven't seen that you can share with your family and tell them some of the information that you learned.

Now, a little more of a challenge !!!  I know the map is small, but can you label the countries of the world.  They are only asking you to do 30.  We covered 15 on your quizzes, we discussed 20 during the year, and I am sure while talking about current events you have heard about the other ten some time.  Give it your best effort!

Awareness Bulletin - Social Studies - Mrs. Morreale's class - Sept. 11

Students have been taking notes on Europe's environmental issues and have watched several video clips discussing these issues.  They started an Awareness Bulletin small project in class today.  They chose their issue in class and began working on their rough draft for their paragraph.  They should finish their rough draft for homework. 

We will be studying religion and culture of Europe and then we will be taking the  Unit test on

Friday, Sept. 23.

Please have your child study small sections as we learn them and not wait until the unit test.
