Typically, all work for chorus is done DURING class. As an advocate for family time, I do not assign homework. Email me if your child is missing a classwork assignment.
A large part of the chorus grade is calculated using a self-evaluation tool on which the student finds areas in which he/she can improve. I explain to the students that even as the teacher, I would probably only score 80%. Nobody's perfect, especially me!

Choral concerts are the equivalent to a final exam. Attendance is EXTREMELY important. Our team suffers without the valuable contributions of each singer to our group sound. If circumstances arise that cause the student to miss a concert, the following make-up assignment is required.
