MIND JOGGER: Does pollution afffect our groundwater? If so, how?
CLASS ACTIVITIES: Today in science we checked over our Freshwater Crossword Puzzle. Then, students participated in the Groundwater Pollution Lab. If students did not complete the lab questions in class then they need to complete them at home!
HOMEWORK: Freshwater Project is due on Friday! Finish answering the questions to your Groundwater Pollution Lab if not finished in class! Bring a book for SSR tomorrow!

4TH PERIOD (On-level Science)
MIND JOGGER: Approximately how much water do you think you use in a day? What activities do you do that uses a lot of water?
CLASS ACTIVITIES: Today in science we went over our "Using Water Wisely"notes. Then students participated in an activity called "Down the Drain" where they calculated water usage over a five day period. Students analyzed the data and answered questions related to the data. If these questions were not completed in class then they need to be completed at home.
HOMEWORK: Finish "Down the Drain" if not completed in class! Freshwater Project is due Friday! Bring a book for SSR tomorrow!
