Tuesday - Work on Fish Adaptations and the video paragraph on adaptations.
Wednesday - Answer questions on fossils pages 194-199 and check.

Science for Wednesday - Friday May 6-8 - You will be working on your activity which is to create a habitat for which your fish is adapted. HW= Study your white note packet on changes over time. Your paragraph on adaptations from the video is due Monday.
Monday May 4 - You will continue to take notes on the adaptations video. We will discuss throughout the video. Tuesday May 5 - You will SSR and then you will write your adaptations paragraph from your notes over the video. Hand in. Your paragraph is due by Monday. You can type or hand write. HW= finish your paragraph and study your white note packet on Changes over Time.
Science Friday May 1 - Today you will view a video and take notes. You will list the many examples of natural selection and adaptations of the organisms on the Galapagos Islands. Then if time you will continue on your assignments. HW= Study your white note packet.
Science Thursday April 30 - We will review examples of natural selection. Then you will work on your assignments from the blue assignment sheet and/or do Darwin's voyage 2nd assignment. HW= study your white note packet.
Science Wednesday April 29 - Today you will work on your lab, Nature at Work, Natural Selection with mice. Hand in. Then you can finish your map and do the Darwin's voyage activity. HW= Study your white note packet on Changes Over Time.
Science Monday and Tuesday April 27 and 28 - Monday you will continue on your assignment sheet and work on the map of Darwin's voyage. Tuesday you will do the lab on natural selection, Nature at Work, and hand in. You might have to finish the analyze and conclude tomorrow in class. HW= Study your white note packet on Changes Over Time.
Science Week of April 20-24 - This week you will do a couple of Natural Selection Labs with the higher level analysis and evaluation questions. Hand in. We will continue our white note packet with questions and discussions. HW= None this week because of CRCT.

You will be given directions for your Human Variations Lab. You will have a critical thinking homework sheet...answer any 3 questions. Due Tuesday. You will work on your Human Variations lab Monday and Tuesday. You will collect data, draw the offspring, and write a summary of the genotypes and phenotypes of your offspring. hand in. You will take and check your quiz on Wednesday. Then finish your lab. You can then do the Karyotype activity. Thursday you will take your test. You can work on the karyotype activity and purple people eaters activity or choices. Friday - We will begin adaptations and natural selection.
