All classes began our examination of the American Revolution and Georgia's role in it. All classes began taking Cornell Notes on this topic in class today. the notes are posted below. They are due beginning of class Wednesday. approximately 20 minutes will be alloted in class Tuesday to work on these notes.

Wednesdat Oct 5th
All classes should complete all pages of the notes on American Revolution before class Thursday (that includes the summary questions). We reviewed a portion of these notes today. We will have a quiz early next week on this material.
Friday Oct 7th
All classes will complete the political cartoon analysis today. (this counts as a grade in on-level classes and will be completed in class) All classes will begin work on the illustrated timeline project (due beginning of class Tuesday). All classes will have a quiz on the American Revolution and Georgia's role next Tuesday.

Tuesday Oct 18
All students should complete textbook note questions on the Articles of Confederation (if they have not already). All classes will be taking notes on early government (1777-1789) in class. Students review notes and vocabulary at least every other night.

All classes are taking a quiz today. The unit test on the American revolution and the constitution is Thursday (1754-1789). Students should review the cornell notes on the Revolution, the note questions on the Articles of Confederation, the Compare and Contrast paragraphs plus any notes from class. AC students are also responsible for the map of colonial America (states, cities, regions).

The unit test for the on level classes has been moved to Friday in order to give us a day to review the last quiz and review the material once more.
