This unit will cover the Yazoo Land Frud and Indian Removal and will last approximately two weeks. Unit notes were distributed in all classes today and are posted below. Notes should be completed before coming to class Friday.
Homework (all classes): Finish note questions before Friday.

Students in all classes are working on the Yazzo Fraud mapwork which is due end of class today for AC classes and end of class Wednesday for on level classes. Wednesday are short classes due to the writing assessment. Thursday and Friday all classes will be in the computer lab working on the unit project posted below.

AC classes turned in the Yazoo mapwork today. We will be in the technology lab for the next two days working on letters. Homework: Students should brainstorm ideas and complete a roughdraft on the Letter to a President assignment. We will start typing them tomorrow.
On level: Students should finish the mapwork before class Thursday.
All classes: There will be a quiz on the unit notes this Friday.

All classes are completeing the Indian removal technology project. We will be back in the classroom tomorrow. Homework: If students have not completed a portion of the project they should do so tonight if they have access to the appropriate technology at home. It will not be counted late if students print at school tomorrow.

All classes are working on vocabulary/event definitions for the Civil war unit.
Homework: Periods 1,2,3 should complete before Friday the terms through Dred Scott Case. Periods 5 and 6 shold finish all terms before Friday.
